Privacy
AOS Support System is a private operations dashboard. Dashboard data is available only to the configured owner account after verified Google sign-in.
Sign-in information
Google sign-in requests only openid and email to verify your identity and permitted Workspace account. The dashboard stores your email address, Google account identifier, a server-side session that expires after one hour, and a journal of sign-in and sign-out actions. It uses a secure session cookie. Google authentication tokens are discarded after sign-in and are not stored in the dashboard database.
Audit records and review notes
The dashboard reads worker audit evidence, imported history, and current ERP Support tickets and comments. It stores your review notes, settings, and acknowledgements. A separate manual-action journal records submitted changes, their outcomes, and before-and-after evidence. These records are stored privately on the dedicated DigitalOcean server and remain until administrative removal; no automatic journal retention period is configured. Server backups may retain copies until their backup retention period ends.
What this dashboard does
You can manage completion replies and operating hours, review tickets, and control processing when its setup checks permit it. Once manual ERP access is verified and enabled, explicitly confirmed actions can update an approved Support checkbox or post a comment. Uncertain writes are not automatically retried. Your browser retains only pending request and ticket identifiers for outcome checks across reloads. Signing in or reviewing an item does not enable automatic repairs. The dashboard has no advertising or analytics trackers; its Google sign-in requests no Gmail, Drive, or other Google application access.
Operational notifications
When enabled, Discord notifications send compact event types, record identifiers, results, and dashboard links to the configured channel. They exclude ticket descriptions, customer information, comments, attachments, and credentials. A private delivery journal records attempts and provider receipts. Email sending is disabled. Google dashboard sign-in does not grant mailbox access.
Questions or removal requests
Contact the dashboard owner through your established communication channel to ask about access, stored information, or administrative removal. Do not send passwords or API keys.
